LocalPAY is a financial technology company focused on delivering seamless payment and POS integration solutions for businesses.

  • Engineered a Go-based Windows background service (invopos-agent.exe) using the Kardianos package to enable continuous POS-to-backend data synchronization, with full lifecycle commands (install, uninstall, start, stop, restart).
  • Designed and implemented polling and synchronization logic for the Invopos POS database (SQL Server), ensuring real-time syncing of menus, orders, and transactions with the Laravel backend.
  • Built an incremental data-fetching mechanism with state management (state.json), preventing duplicate processing and enabling efficient updates across large datasets.
  • Integrated Laravel backend APIs with secure HTTP JSON payloads — authentication, HMAC signing, and automatic retries — achieving >99% data consistency.
  • Added structured logging, error handling, and safe database connectivity to maintain high system reliability and stability.
